Form 4 Student (President Student Council)Students are enrolled via public selection from primary schools by the Ministry of Education and MANEB, and transfers from other public secondary schools.
Boarding is for girls only,and being a boarder its by choice. The boarding facility is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our library are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. The computer library also operates from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

Mfera CDSS in Chikwawa has bought 50 new desks through self-generated funds to improve classroom conditions and learning environment. Headteacher Mr. Edward Mitiwe said, “This is a big step forward. The desks will reduce overcrowding and give our students a sense of pride and ownership.”
Malawi Blood Transfusion Service donated sports materials to Mfera CDSS through its Club 25 project to encourage student participation in sports and promote physical well-being. Patron Mussa Mashonga expressed pride in supporting both academic and physical excellence and encouraged everyone to donate blood to save lives.
